1 small onion
1/4 cup yogurt
2 T ginger
2 T cilantro
1 T garam masaala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
6 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp tumeric (optional)
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp tamarind
